We are a small remote team building software that runs entire businesses. That shapes everything about how we work and who tends to enjoy it here.
We do not have open roles posted right now. When we do, they will be listed on this page. We still read speculative applications — see below.
How we work
Remote, across the United States. No office to commute to. We overlap during US business hours so decisions do not take three days.
Small team, wide scope. Nobody here owns one narrow slice. You will touch things outside your job title, and you will have real say in what gets built.
Close to the customer. Almost every feature on the platform exists because a business asked for it. Whatever your role, you will hear from the people using what you build.
Sensitive data, taken seriously. We handle Social Security numbers, bank details and credit reports. Careful work is not optional, and "move fast and break things" is the wrong instinct for this product.
What we look for
You finish things. Shipping something complete and working beats starting three things.
You say what is actually true, including when the answer is "I do not know" or "this will take longer than we thought."
You can work without being managed closely, and you ask when you are stuck rather than disappearing.
You care that it works for the person using it, not just that it technically functions.
You are comfortable with change. We are still figuring things out, and priorities move.
We care much more about what you have actually built and how you think than about where you went to school or whose logo is on your résumé.
Where we tend to need help
Roles vary with what we are building, but the recurring areas are:

We read everything. We reply to everyone we can, though we cannot always promise a fast answer.
